POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Chicago to lead store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop talent, and ensure POP MART brand standards on the shop floor. You will oversee daily tasks, inventory, merchandising, and business performance while serving as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable.
