You will handle prescription processing, inventory, and customer service while maintaining an organized and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.Position Responsibilities:Process and fill prescriptions accurately under the supervision of a pharmacistGreet and assist customers in person and over the phonePrepare, label, and package medicationsMaintain inventory and ensure proper stock levelsCheck for expired medications and follow pharmacy safety proceduresHelp open and close the pharmacy, including preparing equipment and workstationsAssist with payments and data entry using the pharmacy systemSupport the pharmacy team with daily operations and other assigned tasksQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (required)Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare settingStrong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsDependable and patient-focused attitudeBasic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systemsAbility to travel up to 70 percent of the timeWhy You Will Love Working Here:Consistent hours and supportive leadershipOpportunities for growth and advancementInclusive, team-based environmentA chance to make a direct impact on patient health and community well-beingHayat Pharmacy is an equal opportunity employer.
