AI Systems Engineer (Agentic AI)

What You Will Design and build AI‑driven systems using large language models and agent frameworks. Develop autonomous agents that can execute tasks, interact with tools, and support real‑time workflows. Architect and implement retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines and vector‑based search solutions. Create reusable AI components and services that enable broader adoption across engineering teams. Work with both structured and unstructured data, including parsing, chunking, embedding, and retrieval strategies. Prototype new ideas quickly and iterate based on outcomes and feedback. Integrate AI technologies such as GPT, Claude, Copilot, and other enterprise tools into scalable solutions. Build user‑friendly experiences powered by AI to enhance developer productivity. Apply best practices for observability, evaluation, and responsible use of AI systems. Partner with architects and engineering teams to translate concepts into practical solutions. What We Are Looking Required Experience 7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or related roles. Strong background building scalable, real‑time applications and APIs. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Hands‑on development experience with languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Go. Proven ability to design and implement technical solutions to complex problems. Experience collaborating with stakeholders and guiding technical decisions. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Preferred Experience Experience building or working with AI agents, LLM‑based systems, or generative AI applications. Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar. Experience designing and optimizing RAG pipelines and vector database solutions. Understanding of concepts such as embeddings, similarity search, memory, and guardrails. Background in innovation teams, R&D environments, or startup settings.
