Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Partnering closely with senior leadership, the full-time remote Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for Managed Services and Professional Services, optimizing margins and influencing investment decisions. Key responsibilities Build and maintain workforce capacity models to optimize headcount planning and productivity benchmarks Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process for the services portfolio, ensuring alignment with financial goals Deliver insightful reporting and data analyses to senior management to support business reviews and performance management Required qualifications Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred Financial planning and analysis experience in Private Equity-backed SaaS or technology services companies Understanding of SaaS and services metrics, forecasting, and financial modeling best practices Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with tools like Adaptive, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Tableau Working knowledge of GAAP, particularly around revenue recognition and project-based accounting
