Marketing & Partnerships Account ManagerLocation: Geneva, OH - On site position Status: Full Time Summary: Serves as the marketing point of contact for SPIRE's departments and sponsors. Manages internal marketing requests and sponsor deliverables from scoping through execution and reporting.ResponsibilitiesAct as account lead for Academy/ Admissions, Camps, Clubs/Leagues, Events, and Banquets/Rentals, managing requests for collateral and marketing supportScope projects, set timelines, brief and guide the creative team, and keep work on scheduleAmplify the SPIRE brand, ensuring all collateral and assets reflect the SPIRE voice and messagingManage sponsor relationships end to end: scope, price, and confirm assets, then coordinate fulfillment across departmentsTrack all sponsor deliverables and produce activation recaps and reportsSteward sponsor relationships through regular check-ins, and identify renewal and upsell opportunitiesProactively update SPIRE's website to maximize for SEO/AI and highlight program depth and partnership activationPrioritize competing requests with the Director of MarketingQualifications3+ years in marketing account management, agency, or partnership roles; sports or events preferredExperience with sponsorship fulfillment and pricing is a plusThrives in being part of a creative fast-paced team and working autonomously with a diverse set of clientsStrong project management and organizational skillsComfortable guiding design without being the designerProactive thoughtful communicator with internal leaders and external partnersBenefits401K, Health, Dental, Vision and life and death insuranceFree employee gym membershipComplimentary meal during working hoursUnlimited PTO with approval of supervisor and exception to blackout datesReports to: Director of Marketing
