Hear from our employees directly on our Glassdoor page! Growth Creative Producer We're looking for a Growth Creative Producer to sit inside our growth team and make ads people remember. This role has one job: turn our ads machine into something that works. That means performance creative that explains Clay clearly, gets the product into more customers' hands, and challenges what "good" looks like in performance advertising. This is a 0 to 1 role. There is no existing playbook and no rules for what good looks like here. We're looking for someone who wants to push the limits and define that themselves. This is a full-time role. You'll be based in San Francisco and report into a team in New York. What You'll Do Make performance creative that works. Concept, produce, and ship ads across paid channels. You own the creative from idea to delivery. Explain the product. Turn what Clay does into ads that are clear and memorable. Know the landscape. Track what's working in ads and what isn't. Bring inspiration, references, and new ad formats to the team without being asked. Challenge the status quo. Test formats and ideas outside the standard performance playbook. Communicate constantly. You'll be in San Francisco with your team in New York. Proactive updates and clear handoffs keep this working. What You'll Bring Full stack creative skills. You can shoot, produce, and edit. You won't be asked to edit much, but you should know how. An obsession with ads. You have strong opinions about why one ad works and another doesn't. Media literacy. You're deep in the startup world and fluent in what's happening across media and technology. A performance mindset. You care about creative that converts. Over communication.
