Therapy Development Specialist - Northeast Region (VT, ME, MA, NY, NJ, PA, CT)

Penumbra seeks a Therapy Development Specialist to drive venous thromboembolism care pathway awareness and program adoption across hospital accounts in a remote, field-based role. The position focuses on stakeholder engagement, clinical education, and strategic partnerships to optimize therapy solutions for VTE treatment.

Responsibilities

Serve as regional VTE care pathway expert, supporting physician teams and hospital administrators on therapy optimization
Develop and execute clinical education strategies and care path program initiatives
Identify key opinion leaders and organize regional conferences and tradeshows to raise therapy awareness
Analyze regional activities and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and drive product adoption
Partner with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to advance Penumbra products and maintain compliance standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, life sciences, business, or marketing
Expert knowledge of VTE care pathways and thrombectomy clinical data
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute clinical education programs
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Experience with account engagement and program development in healthcare
