Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, identifying their unique needs and treatment options. \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices, ensuring each plan aligns with the clients' goals. \n
- Lead engaging therapy sessions that incorporate various therapeutic modalities and techniques, adapting your approach to suit each client's preferences. \n
- Collaborate closely with families and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and implement the most effective strategies for client success. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to all regulatory standards. \n
- Contribute to clinical meetings by providing valuable insights and suggestions for improving therapeutic practices. \n
Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals of various ages and backgrounds facing an array of mental health challenges. Our counselors work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. You will play an integral role in supporting these individuals and families through their healing journeys, using your skills to promote positive outcomes and resilience.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required. \n
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or PsyD. \n
- Proficiency in using digital tools, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), to streamline your workflow and manage client information effectively. \n
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster client relationships and work collaboratively with team members. \n
While a minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed counselor is required, experience in working with diverse populations and familiarity with trauma-informed practices will be advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth practices is also a plus, enhancing your ability to reach clients who may benefit from remote support.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
