Warehouse AssociateBenefits Start Day 1 for Full-Time Colleagues - No Waiting Period!For more information about our benefits, see below!What Do Our Warehouse Associates Do?The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for daily operations in the Target distribution center. Their duties include maintaining the warehouse, assisting with loading and unloading trucks, and making customer deliveries. This role is directly involved in all phases of warehouse operations, including customer service, inventory management, customer interaction, and general warehouse activities.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Perform warehouse operations including local deliveries, inventory management, order entry, and vendor shipping/receivingCount, compare, check and inspect quantities of materials and products for distribution to customersComplete one or more warehouse functions within the guidelines of the facility (pick, pack, wrap, load and possibly assist with delivering orders for our customers)Take inventory; document and invoice orders and product movementSubmit weekly, monthly and yearly reports, as requiredEssential Job Functions:Receiving and processing shipmentsOperate warehouse equipment (forklift and overhead crane)Ability to lift at least 50lbs loading and unloading productsPicking and packing ordersInventory ManagementLoading and unloadingOperating warehouse equipmentAdhering to safety protocolsWhat Do You Need?High school diploma or GEDMust possess a valid driver's license from state of residenceAt least two years of warehouse or customer service experienceAble to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends when neededStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnExcellent organization and time management skillsBase Pay RangeHourly: $18.00 - $25.00While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
