Amentum is seeking an IT Support Technician to support our DHS customer at regional CONUS and OCONUS facilities in Tucson, AZ. The role provides Tier 2 IT help desk support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and video teleconferencing and remote support. Candidates will work with Windows 11, Active Directory, data encryption, and backup software, with emphasis on strong customer service and reliability. Occasional after-hours on-call and travel may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Amentum
