Recruiter

Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for pilot and aviation-related positions. Source and identify qualified pilot candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and industry connections. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of aviation talent. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring requirements. Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage follow-up throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Must have prior pilot recruiting experience. Experience with full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday near Tempe, AZ.
