We have maintained the highest regard for our mission to provide high quality care to all individuals with respect and compassion through an interdisciplinary approach that focuses on personalized goals in achieving maximum potential and quality of life.\n \n Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN Position Summary: \n \n Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, Full-Time or Part-Time Availability \n LPN provide daily support to the unit leadership & respond appropriately/timely to resident/family needs within the LPN scope of practice \n LPN will use nursing process, judgment, & skills to set priorities necessary to deliver quality direct resident care & make decisions promoting the safety/quality direct care to resident's \n LPN perform/administer standard nursing treatments and/or medications & observes resident for desired or unwanted effects \n LPN communicates & collaborate with appropriate member(s) within the care team to revise/update the Nursing Care Plan or any pertinent findings including lab/test results, incidents, &/or concerns \n LPN monitors & documents vitals, treatments administered, & residents' responses \n Prepare, organize, oversee, monitor, & evaluate delivery of care of resident CNA assignments & activities, considering the category of needs & competency of personnel \n Requirements: \n \n Graduate of an approved school of Nursing \n Licensed & currently registered in good standing in New York as an LPN \n Dedicated to providing extraordinary, clinically sound, & compassionate care \n Must possess a spirit of cooperation, caring & enthusiasm to create an atmosphere conducive to rehabilitation & optimal resident health \n Genuinely interested in helping ill, injured, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, & sometimes challenging residents \n Have excellent communication, customer service, & organization skills \n Work well under pressure & willing to work harmoniously with all staff \n Covid-19 vaccinations are encouraged but NOT MANDATED ; we continue to offer COVID-19 vaccination based on eligibility guidance from CDC \n We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, celebrate diversity, & are committed to creating an inclusive work environment for all!
