Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Active TX license required to start the assignment. Inpatient and outpatient experience required. Assignment Details Schedule: Monday through Friday. Setting includes inpatient and outpatient care. Documentation system: CPSI.
