The successful candidate will be key enabler in our Alberta strategy responsible for driving profitable growth across all distribution channels, including Broker and Partnerships. We are looking for someone with a strategic mentality who can work with partners and lead the pricing team to make phenomenal data-driven decisions for the business.The successful candidate will have extensive pricing experience and the ability to work with non-pricing partners to advance pricing and segmentation to drive sustained profitable growth. This role is perfect for someone who is driven, analytical, results-oriented and wants to leave their mark on the organization. In the role, the leader is encouraged to bring different perspectives to the table to understand tradeoffs and make informed decisions.You will be responsible for a team of 9 actuaries and are expected to create a supportive and engaging environment to bring out the best in staff.
