We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing and provide technical packaging support across these critical product categories.In this role, you'll lead sourcing activities and provide technical support across assigned product categories, partnering closely with suppliers, customers, Sales, Procurement, Operations, and Quality teams to identify effective packaging solutions, improve supplier performance, and support business growth. This is not a purchasing-focused role. The focus is supplier identification, qualification, solution development, and customer program support rather than transactional purchasing. The role develops and delivers sourcing strategies that support business growth, cost optimization, supply continuity, and customer satisfaction.Working closely with suppliers and cross-functional partners, the Supply Chain Manager serves as a key technical resource for packaging, supplier capabilities, packaging technologies, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
