Logistics Supervisor Last Mile is responsible for the success of the daily logistics operations. This onsite position requires 5 days a week in Tampa, Fl. Responsibilities include ensuring adequate driver scheduling, safe and timely deliveries, KPI monitoring, and support for driver teams. Responsibilities Manage daily delivery operations to ensure timely, safe, and high‑quality customer service. Engage, motivate, and collaborate with driver teams, coordinating all aspects of operations. Communicate operation status to upper management. Identify and coach low‑performing drivers for improvement. Hire, train, develop, and motivate drivers; schedule work assignments and monitor performance to improve productivity. Coordinate with HR to track employees not meeting standards and address issues. Maintain positive relationships with partner departments, including assisting customer service on delivery issues. Implement processes to meet goals, objectives and KPIs. Collaborate with Fleet Supervisor to care for company fleet. Schedule and utilize Ops Coordinator as needed. Oversee key ground‑level KPIs such as driver overtime, safety, and employee morale. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of logistics supervisory last‑mile experience. Advanced data‑analysis skills in Excel, Tableau and other platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create partnerships and build consensus across organizational levels. Fluent Mandarin Chinese is a nice to have. Ability to travel to different warehouses within the same region as needed. Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long hours, and work weekends.
