Position Overview Seeking board-certified or board-eligible ENT physician, general ENT practice but fellowships welcome Full-time position Four or five-day schedule available Open to 0.8 FTE position or 1.0 FTE position ENT call is 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday - Thursday block every five weeks) Consults at our local community hospital with a very strong hospitalist program Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State Providers who value high quality care and work life balance Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records Epic Electronic Medical Record One surgical day per week Work/Life Balance and Benefits Gold Award Winner of the AMAs Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout. Compensation: Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
