Customer Service Associate

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, well-organized Customer Service Associate to support our customers and our team. This is a hands-on support role centered on accurate order entry and responding to customer email and phone inquiries. It is a strong fit for someone dependable and organized who takes pride in getting the details right, with room to take on more responsibility over time.

What You'll Do

• Enter customer orders accurately and completely

• Monitor incoming customer emails and phone calls, and respond promptly and professionally

• Provide timely follow-up on customer questions and requests until they are resolved

• Log customer requests and route them to the right internal team when needed

• Keep customer records and information accurate and well-organized

• Provide general day-to-day support to the Customer Service team

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple requests at once

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication

• Comfortable working on a computer and willing to learn our order-entry system;

familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Dependable, punctual, and process-oriented

• A helpful, customer-first attitude
