Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), providing invaluable support to students in a welcoming school environment for the 2026/2027 academic year. As an SLPA, you will deliver on-site speech and language interventions under the direct supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. You’ll assist in implementing personalized treatment plans, help students achieve their communication milestones, maintain accurate documentation, and partner with teachers and support staff to foster student success. This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia SLPA license or state certification
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Background supporting speech and language services with SLP supervision preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
• Ability to commit to a full-time, on-site schedule throughout the school year

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language support to students
• Implement treatment activities as outlined by the supervising SLP
• Collect data and maintain thorough records of student progress
• Collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
• Adhere to district and state guidelines and regulations
