Titleholders is the restaurant of Augusta Country Club, named for the women's golf tournament hosted on its grounds from 1937 to 1966. The Titleholders Championship plays a meaningful role in the rich history of the Augusta Country Club, and we wish to uphold the reputation and historical significance of the Club by continuing to provide excellent service to its members.

Bartenders must accurately complete Member and guest orders and requests in a timely fashion. Must be able to learn and maintain complete knowledge of food, specialty, and beverage menus while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure Members and their guests are provided with prompt and friendly service.
• Describe menu items, assist Members and guests in making food and beverage selections
• Take, ring, and deliver food and beverage orders
• Assist fellow team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintain positive attitude while working as a team.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Prior Bartender/server experience preferred.
• Excellent time management, organizational and self-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during high volume times to exceed member service standards.
• Confident, self-driven, dynamic and loves to learn. Has a strong ability to take direction and suggestion from others.
• Loves the interaction with people, extroverted personality genuine care for others demonstrated by daily interactions.

Typical shifts are 9am-4pm and 4pm-11pm but schedules will vary due to events. Club is closed Mondays.
