About the RoleAs a Bookkeeper at Callaway Resort & Gardens, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with numbers, and is passionate about contributing to the success of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Recording and maintaining financial transactions with precision and accuracy.
- Reconciling accounts to ensure all records are up-to-date and error-free.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Monitoring budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Is proficient in bookkeeping software and tools.
- Has a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Has a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
