Job Summary
The Springfield, Missouri, operating room registered nurse (RN) position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality patient care within a busy surgical environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for all age groups, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to facility standards.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights, 4x10, 10:30 AM 9:00 PM (Schedule may vary)
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40.0
• Required Qualifications: Current RN License (eligible for licensure in Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri), BLS certification from the American Heart Association, 2 years of Level 1 or 2 Trauma Experience (Teaching hospital experience will be considered), scrub and OR circulator experience, demonstrated skill in human relations and communications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Level 1 trauma experience with multiple years of experience.
• Additional Information: Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week. Candidate will utilize the nursing process to coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality. Performs all duties consistent with the organizations mission, values, and service standards.
