Accurately document customer concerns on the Repair Order (RO) to provide technicians with a clear story for diagnosis. Coordinate with the Parts Department to build accurate repair estimates. Keep customers consistently updated on their vehicle status, repair estimates, and timelines via phone, text, or email. Review Multi Point Inspections (MPI) with customers and confidently recommend preventative maintenance and necessary repairs. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled. Ensure the daily inventory of technician time is consistently sold to service customers. Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. Take ownership of the customer experience from write up to vehicle delivery.
