CTC Medisource is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Family Practice for a local contract job in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Schedule: 2-3 Weekdays, Monday-Friday 830a-730p, Sat 9a-530p, Sun 9-430p20-40 hours per week. Every 3rd weekend. Float.
Must Skill
•/tA MINIMUM of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in either a family medicine, primary care practice, or urgent care is required.
Duties
•/tProvide Primary and Family evidence-based care, inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
•/tProvide administrative duties to include, but not limited to, opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance, collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment.
•/tBe responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes
•/tPerform duties including speaking with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, completing diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat patients for injuries or illnesses, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care
•/tEncourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management
Skills & Experience
•/tA MINIMUM of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in either a family medicine, primary care practice, or urgent care is required.
•/tWorking knowledge and understanding of quality measurement in the management of chronic disease conditions
•/tSelf- motivated, prioritizes and solves problems, takes initiative, and advocates for their patients and their practice
•/tEffective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
•/tOutstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask
•/tInitiative, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility
•/tAbility to work remotely in a clinical care team culture• Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously
•/tIs proficient with information management and technology• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensures
Education
•/tMasters Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
