Providence is calling for applications for our November 2026 RN ICU Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. This position starts November 2, 2026.

Full-Time, Night shifts available.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
