As an Automotive Service Writer, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing a friendly, professional first point of contact.
• Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle issues and service requests.
• Preparing detailed repair orders and ensuring all necessary information is communicated to the technicians.
• Providing clear and timely updates to customers about their vehicle's status.
• Advising customers on recommended maintenance and repair services.
• Managing schedules and coordinating appointments to keep the workflow running smoothly.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns promptly.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 3 years of experience as a service writer, advisor, or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, particularly European vehicles, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and repair order software.
