Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member for a full‑time role in Sacramento, CA. This position offers hourly pay plus commission/bonus and flexible hours, providing meaningful work and competitive compensation. Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Benefits Hourly pay plus commission/bonus Flexible hours Requirements People-oriented Self‑motivated Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
