We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling products to specifications using work orders, blueprints, and BOMs. You will use a variety of tools, maintain high production standards, and ensure the quality of both raw materials and finished products. If you're a hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want you to be part of our team. Shift Hours: 5am to 3:30pm - Monday - FridayOvertime on Saturdays as needed!
Pay: $19/hr Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to blueprints, drawings, BOMs, and work orders
- Utilize both hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Inspect and identify components needed for assembly
- Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products
- Meet production standards and quality expectations
- Assist with the training and mentoring of new team members
- Master all assembly functions within the department
- Read and interpret work orders and instructions to complete tasks accurately
- Minimum 12 months of experience in assembly or manufacturing
- Ability to read and understand work instructions in English
- Strong basic math skills: able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to lift, bend, push/pull, and reach, with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining quality standards
- HSD/GED Required
