Product Yield & Analytics ESDA Engineer

We work closely with partners across fabs and engineering teams to turn raw data into meaningful insights that help drive better yield and reliability.In this role, you will own ESDA setup and optimization for new products, guide how data flows across sites, and support the engineers who rely on ESDA every day. You’ll have a direct impact on how quickly we identify defects, improve processes, and keep information aligned across multiple groups and locations.Responsibilities:Set up ESDA for new products and ensure data availability for DRAM and NAND probesMaintain and enhance ESDA systems, troubleshoot issues, and partner with responsible teamsBuild tools and workflows that improve ESDA analysis and enable defect matching for YE and RDADrive cross‑fab alignment on ESDA data collection, storage, analysis, and reportingFacilitate collaboration across engineering, test, yield, RDA, and IT teamsMinimum Qualifications:3+ years engineering experience in Product Engineering, Product Test, Product Design, or Yield EnhancementProficiency in at least one programming language, with preference for PythonStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across teams and sitesComfortable working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Experience developing engineering analysis toolsFamiliarity with defect analysis systems or tester fail categorizationPrior work aligning processes across multiple fabs or locationsBackground supporting data systems used in yield, test, or reliability engineeringAs a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
