About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President to lead its regional commercial insurance operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitability and growth across multiple branches, overseeing a substantial book of business that includes various insurance premiums. This role involves collaborating with branch managers to ensure efficient workflows, resource allocation, and the application of advanced technologies. The Executive Vice President will also be tasked with developing tailored strategies, serving as the primary contact for larger commercial insurance clients, and leading marketing and underwriting strategy execution. Key responsibilities for the Executive Vice President include directly managing regional managers, driving strategic planning and execution, and shaping regional strategies aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' commercial insurance underwriting experience. They must demonstrate proven enterprise-level P&L ownership, expertise in commercial insurance products, and strong leadership experience. Advanced marketing and business development skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to balance growth, profitability, and operational discipline are essential for this role.
