Aspen Careers is partnering with a top 20 Am Law 100 firm   to identify Midlevel Associates for its growing Structured Transactions practice. Opportunities are available in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC .

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with corporate, finance, securitization, or structured finance experience to join a highly respected global firm. The group is especially interested in associates with experience involving asset-backed securities, RMBS, CLOs, receivables financing, warehouse facilities, or other structured finance transactions .

Job Title: Structured Transactions Midlevel Associate

Locations: Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; or Washington, DC

Work Schedule: Hybrid, with attorneys generally expected to work in the office Tuesday through Thursday.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has approximately 3–5 years of law firm experience handling corporate and/or finance transactions.
• Has meaningful experience in structured finance, securitization, or asset-backed finance .
• Experience with ABS, RMBS, CLOs, receivables financing, warehouse facilities, forward-flow transactions, or similar products is highly preferred.
• Can manage key parts of a transaction and is prepared to take greater ownership of deals.
• Has experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
• Is comfortable communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in a transaction.
• Has strong analytical, writing, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Can manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates strong academic credentials and a record of professional achievement.
• Is an active member of the bar in the state or jurisdiction of the selected office.
