You're perfect for this role if you appreciate an elegant balance between UX excellence and infrastructural scalability.What You'll Do:Collaborate with our forward deploy team to understand how customers interact with Automat's platform today, and use those learnings to bolster our flagship workflow management product.Build interfaces that use cutting-edge computer use models in real world applications.Develop beautiful and intuitive UX interfaces which abstract away complex business automation processes and create a seamless experience for non-technical users and engineers alikeInfluence our engineering practices, shape product direction, and contribute to building a world class company culture.Requirements3 - 10 years of experienceEither as one of three profiles: a) joined early and seen scale over 3-5+ years, b) founding engineer at multiple places, or c) 5+ years at a FAANGCompensation$175K - $220K rangeEquity; 0.25% – 1%Tech stackJavascript/Typescript, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL, SvelteKit, Supabase, Vercel
