The Role We’re looking for an Editorial Designer to translate research and reporting into premium visual storytelling. You’ll work alongside our editorial and social teams to create LinkedIn and Instagram carousels, information graphics, market maps, report layouts, podcast creative, and other editorial assets. You’ll also develop templates and design systems that improve consistency and allow our creative output to scale. This role requires strong editorial instincts, excellent design fundamentals, and the ability to communicate complex ideas through simple, thoughtful visuals. Responsibilities Design LinkedIn and Instagram carousels. Create information graphics, market maps, and editorial visuals. Design reports, presentations, and podcast assets. Develop reusable templates and design systems. Collaborate with editorial and social teams on content packages. Maintain and evolve Fitt Insider’s visual identity. Qualifications Editorial or digital design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating information design and editorial storytelling. Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
