As an Account Representative II sales representative, you will work with automotive collision repair shop customers to grow our market share. Execute the business strategy and drive sales growth in the local markets through identifying customer and market needs within assigned market responsibility. Increase sales growth by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, closing sales and recommending new products and services. Manage existing relationships, develop new ones, and develop market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing business. Establish trust and value in our ever-changing industry. Retain business and drive sales growth in the Chicagoland (75%) and Northwest Indiana markets.

If you have professional sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, robust relationship-building and value-based selling skills will be a valued asset. Extensive experience in the automotive refinish industry or in a related sales field. 7+ years of Automotive Refinish industry sales experience and customer relations, and body shop experience. High School Diploma or GED.

Pay transparency Surventis is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
