Your expertise will help streamline, patient interactions, maintain precise medical records, and facilitate seamless communication between providers, patients, and insurance companies. Responsibilities:

• manage, patient, scheduling, check-in, and check out processes with professionalism and efficiency
• Prepare an update in patient medical records, using electronic medical record or electronic health record systems
• Verify insurance information process claims and follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement
• Accurately assigned diagnosis codes using ICD 10 coding standard standards, along with procedure codes, such as CPT codes
• Review medical documentation for completeness and correctness to billing accuracy
• Conduct medical collections by contacting insurance companies or patients regarding outstanding balance
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical records in compliance, with HIPAA regulations
