IT Support Technician - Windows, Mac & Classroom Tech
Fairfield University
Fairfield University is seeking a Computer Technician to provide technical support for Windows 10/11 and Mac OS for faculty, staff, and students. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across computers, printers, and classroom spaces. The role includes Tier 1 and Tier 2 support as needed, regular maintenance, asset management, and collaboration with ITS to keep systems running smoothly.
