Position Overview This challenging and rewarding Retail Assistant Manager – Part‑Time role provides the opportunity to assist in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, the assistant manager interacts with customers on a regular basis and leads the customer experience with the store team. The assistant manager strategizes to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately executes maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store. Responsibilities • Supervise and coach team members to deliver outstanding customer service. • Lead and manage store operations, including opening/closing and key‑holding duties. • Strategize to achieve team sales goals and promote store’s product categories. • Train new staff and facilitate ongoing development of team skills. • Monitor performance metrics and maintain a positive working environment.
