Veterinarian – Medical Director/Partnership Pathway Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 per year + production (no negative accrual for the first twelve months) Sign on Bonus: Up to $25,000 Location: 444 E. What to Expect A schedule that respects your time. Our last appointment of the day is at 5:30pm (M/T/F) and 6:30pm (W/H). We offer a 4‑day work week with consistent weekday hours, no weekends, and no on‑call responsibilities. Doctors work until close, with a daily lunch hour reserved between 1pm–2pm. A 2:1 staff to doctor ratio. You will have the support—and respect—you need to be excellent for our patients.
