Description: Requisition comments and notes state orientations occur every other Monday only. This position involves working with Intermediate Care and Medical-Surgical patients. The patient population includes a mix of Med-Surg, tele, cardiac IMCU acuity level patients, neuro patients, and CVA patients. The unit aims to follow a schedule of 2/3 weekends a month, but this may vary based on unit needs. All team members, including travelers, are expected to contribute to a culture of support, particularly when interacting with students and new hires. The unit offers limited requests for time off. Cancellation by the client is possible up to 36 hours before an assignment due to census changes. Cerner experience is preferred.
