Job Description

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes and improve efficiency within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
• Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
• Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within operations.
