Job Description MUST HAVE Valid/Active Passport Ability to travel up to 50% within the US, Canada, and Mexico for client deployments and support Bachelor’s degree in related field Working knowledge of RFID Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with: Computers Operating systems Software Computer hardware and hardware peripherals(servers, networking and serial communications equipment, and proprietary hardware) Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Working knowledge of SQL Server Working knowledge of Windows Server infrastructure and networks, and Linux operating system and commands Strong hands on experience and knowledge of iOS and Android including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the iOS and Android platform Scripting experience including but not limited to: Python Window’s PowerShell SQL AWS CLI (Command Line Interface) Ability to study blueprints, schematics, manuals, survey results, and specifications to determine installation procedures Experience with networking protocols and concepts including: VPN Routing Ports TCP/IP Network analysis tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present and position solutions to customers NICE TO HAVE Certification in related field Json Qualifications Local candidates will be preferred first #J-18808-Ljbffr
