Our Denver office has an immediate need for a Corporate M&A Associate with 3-4 years of experience in middle market and lower middle market M&A and private equity transactions. Additional experience with outside general counsel work is helpful, but not required. While strong academic performance, superb communication skills and a proven track record of success within a law firm are important criteria for this position, we are interested in candidates that are growth-minded, thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced work environment and are interested in having a significant role on our deal teams. Salary will range between $235,000 and $260,000, depending on experience. Associates are also eligible to receive an hours-based bonus.
