We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves processing customer orders, answering emails and phone calls, greeting and assisting customers, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent service. All with a positive, welcoming, and professional attitude!

Requirements: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow standardized processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers in person, over the phone, and by email. Proficiency with data entry, basic math calculations, and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, order management systems). Comfortable working in a showroom environment and providing product information to walk-in customers. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in customer service, order entry, showroom sales and social media experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities: Order Processing: Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system. Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person showroom visits. Showroom Assistance: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, provide product information, and ensure a positive experience. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, customer communications, and inventory updates. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Pay Rate: $20.00-22 an hour depending on experience.

Shifts: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM-5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
