Training Support: Assist in training crew members, in line with directives from the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager. Performance Accountability: Set clear goals and hold team members accountable during your shift. Quality Assurance: Ensure that quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Profitability Focus: Oversee the execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives to effectively manage labor and food costs. Safety and Security: Ensure adherence to all policies regarding cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant security. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Strong communicators with effective math and writing skills. Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and fluent in English. Energetic leaders who can inspire teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
