Behavior Technician (Break Coverage Position- Half day)
- Approximately 3-4 hours of break coverage per day
- Additional hours may be available for candidates seeking a larger schedule
- Work with multiple clients and treatment teams throughout the day
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs as directed by the supervising BCBA
- Strong behavior management and rapport-building skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clients, programs, and environments
- Excellent documentation skills, as each coverage session requires a session note
- Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
- Previous ABA experience preferred
