Description Housekeeping Supervisor: As a Housekeeping Supervisor , you will be at the forefront of ensuring our commitment to impeccable cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. Conducting regular inspections to guarantee guest rooms and public areas meet or exceed cleanliness standards. Providing leadership and support to housekeeping staff, including training and development. Collaborating with other departments to address guest needs and maintain a positive environment. Upholding a high level of attention to detail to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for our guests. Requirements: Strong leadership and housekeeping team management skills. High attention to cleanliness and quality standards. Works well with other departments and promotes a positive work environment. Additional Requirements: Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role is required. Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong organizational and communication skills.
