Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Orthodontic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a traveling position , and the ideal candidate must be comfortable and dependable when traveling between our office locations as needed.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist patients and families with a warm and professional attitude
- Travel reliably between our multiple office locations as needed
- Be flexible and comfortable working at different office locations based on scheduling and staffing needs
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care
- Explain treatment plans and payment options to patients and families
- Answer phones and respond to patient questions
- Follow up with new and existing patients
- Work closely with the orthodontist and team at each location
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Help ensure smooth daily operations across office locations
- Friendly, positive, and professional personality
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to traveling between office locations
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between our locations regularly
- Comfortable adapting to different office environments and working with various team members
- Comfortable working with patients and families
- Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining excellent patient service
- Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to travel where needed
We are looking for someone who is positive, dependable, flexible, and enjoys helping people create beautiful smiles . Because this is a traveling role, reliable transportation, punctuality, and willingness to travel between our office locations are essential requirements for the position .
