Key Qualifications:

• Valid MD SLP License
• MD Teaching Certification
• Experience in school-based settings and with the SLP-CCC credential
• Comfortable supervising SLPAs in-person or in a blended model
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic, direct, and consultative speech-language services to a manageable caseload of 20 students, meeting IEP and educational goals.
• Supervise and support the SLPA, offering mentorship and ensuring best practices in service delivery.
• Maintain accurate evaluation records, progress notes, and timely documentation aligned with school and district standards.
• Collaborate with educational teams and families to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to educational planning, and communicate progress with stakeholders.
