Commercial Operations AnalystWaterBridge is hiring a Commercial Operations Analyst for our Midland, TX office location. The Commercial Operations Analyst will support WaterBridge's Commercial Operations team across pricing, contract analysis, financial modeling, and business development. This is a high-visibility role that works directly with commercial leadership and interfaces regularly with finance, engineering, and operations. The right candidate is comfortable moving between detailed financial models and clear recommendations, with some exposure to customer-facing work as needed.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Coordinate with operations and corporate engineering on produced water takeaway and supply project scopesTrack and analyze customer volumes, revenue, and performance of the supply businessProblem solve and help with strategy to maximize supply opportunities across companyAssist operations with optimizing produced water takeaway commercial opportunitiesSupport customer relationship management in coordination with senior commercial staff through tracking and maintaining project timelines and regular updates on projectsAssist in the development and execution of business development initiatives, including preparation of term sheets, proposals, and presentations for prospective customersAssist in the aggregation of market activity and commercial opportunities to drive further growthBuild and maintain financial and operational models to evaluate commercial opportunities, including new company projects, customer contracts, volume commitments, and rate structuresSupport contract negotiations by preparing economic analyses, scenario runs, and pricing proposalsWork cross-functionally with operations, land, finance, accounting and legal to ensure contract terms are accurately captured and executedPrepare regular reporting packages for internal stakeholders and senior leadershipQualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or a related field3 to 5 years of experience in O&G operations, commercial, or analytical roleExperience and working knowledge of both upstream and midstream operationsExperience using Enverus to export and analyze permit activity, rig counts, DUCs, remaining inventory, production profiles, and offset operator activityClear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences, with proficiency in PowerPointAbility to work cross-functionally across multiple groupsStrong skills in Excel; experience with financial modelsBasic ability to read and understand contract structuresWorking knowledge of discounted cash flow analysis and return metrics including IRR, NPV, FCF yield, and MOICDetail oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without sacrificing accuracyWorking Conditions/Environment:Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment.Position Location:Midland, TXPosition Type:This is a full-time position.What We OfferWaterBridge offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team building critical water infrastructure across some of the most active basins in North America.Benefits:At WaterBridge, our employee benefits include, but are not limited to, the following:If eligible, company-paid housing will be provided during working shiftsMedical, Dental, Vision, & Prescription Drug CoverageVoluntary Life Insurance for Employee, Spouse, & Child(ren)Employee Basic Life and AD&D Insurance – Company PaidShort Term & Long Term Disability – Company Paid401(k) or Roth 401(k) Retirement Plan, plus a company matchAnd many other benefits not listed hereAbout UsThe WaterBridge group of companies is a fast-paced and growing organization.
