Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Full-Time | Gallatin, TNMatriarch is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our home health team. In this role, you will provide essential, hands-on care and support to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.Service Locations: Gallatin, TNKey Responsibilities:Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingProvide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation supportMonitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurseAssist with medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations)Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patientsProvide companionship and emotional supportDocument care provided in accordance with company policiesQualifications:Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employmentPrevious caregiving or home health experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient-focused approach to careAbility to work independently and follow care plansReliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred)At least one year of experience working with elderly strongly preferred.What We Offer:Competitive payFlexible schedulingSupportive team environmentOpportunities for growth and advancementJoin Matriarch and make a meaningful difference by delivering compassionate, in-home care that truly puts patients first.
